THE FUTURE OF TEXTILE WASTE

At Textile Products we wanted to find a solution for the ongoing textile waste issue within New Zealand and the gap in sustainable solutions within the building industry, aiming to reduce the reliance on traditional materials like corflute and cardboard.

Our newest innovation made of recycled textile waste, Retex blends sustainability with durability. Working hard to achieve a circular economy one piece of clothing at a time!

In 2023, we partnered with Annie Day, Group Environmental Manager at Naylor Love, to repurpose their end-of-life branded clothing into a product they could use on their sites, creating a closed-loop solution.

The best part about Retex is that once you’re finished with it, you can bring it back to us to be recycled into more Retex. Originally designed for building protection, Retex has inspired countless other uses. We’re confident you’ll discover a new application too! Share your uses with us – we love to see how our products are being utilized!
