Lofted polyester wadding offers an affordable and lightweight alternative to natural fibre wadding like those made from cotton, wool or silk. It is used as a filler material in bedding products, upholstery, packaging and more. Being inexpensive, polyester stuffing is also ideal for craft projects.
Our polyester wadding is made from recycled manmade materials using a thermal bonding process which makes it tough and extremely durable. This means it will remain intact over hundreds of washes and will not undergo wear and tear when exposed to sunlight. They are available in roll or batt form for your convenience, and like other items in our catalogue, they are 100% recyclable.

We also manufacture natural fibre wadding as well as other textile products, including polyester insulation, felts and geotextiles. As a company, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. Our goal is to recycle as much as possible in order to minimise landfill waste, and we reprocess jute, wool, cotton, rayon, and a number of other materials. As long as they are not contaminated, most fabrics can be recycled by us, independent of whether they are produced by us or not. This helps us do our bit for the environment and contribute to a green New Zealand.
